Fees and Payment Methods
Our initial consultation fee is US $150.00 (non-refundable). Should the client retain our firm after initial consultation, US $150.00 will be credited towards legal fees.
Fixed fees are charged for most of the immigration matters. Fees are based on the amount of the time spent, complexity of the case, etc.
Clients are required to pay costs such as filing fees, messenger and courier services, and long distance telephone and fax charges.
Fees are discussed at the initial meeting or telephone consultation. It is law firm policy to enter into a written agreement with each client concerning legal fees and services to be performed.
